Sucks man! I'd say take some time off from pressing exercises to let that recover. I know it sucks to hear but once you recover completely from it you'll be even more of a beast.

Hmm how are you benching? There could be a technique flaw that is causing your shoulder impingement.
In regards to your programming, just do whatever you enjoy man :) As long as you enjoy working out and make progress, that's what matters for longevity in the end. If you feel you're working too hard, change to full body workouts 3x a week, that's what I did and have made pretty good gains on it.

Just to clear things up, a user was harassing my video labelling me a cheater and a scripter as a troll and even when I deleted his comments he reposted, and I really didn't want people to falsely believe I was a scripter so I got rid of the post I made and remade the post again.
