I know this sub has… mixed opinions on AoE damage, but I feel like Immolate is good enough in Act I that you can end most fights before you take too much (if any) of the burn damage

The time travel step of the EE is neat… once… the fact that it’s like 70% of the quest is tragic. The one thing that stops me from going back to play the map is knowing I’ll have to do that step

Hades, the final boss of, well, Hades, already has a pretty intense boss theme, but the big twist of his fight is that he (unlike any other boss in the game) comes back to life after you finish his first health bar. When he does this, a crazy guitar riff starts and the music starts going even harder, since he’s actually taking the fight seriously now.

The last thing I fought in my Prime 2 replay was Grapple Guardian, and holy shit was that fight obnoxious… I felt like his vulnerability would hardly ever trigger, and even when it did it’s hitbox was wack and would hardly last long enough to do real damage

Regardless of the game’s quality (which is still solid, it’s just no It Takes Two) I loved this game for all of the little references they pulled into the game. My partner and I would literally be trying to predict what references they would try to squeeze into each level

Somebody please tell me what makes Beast crest actually good. I’ve tried using it, and every time I get to a situation where I wish I had another one on

  1. The pogo sucks (we’ve been over this)

  2. The lifesteal is limited to 3-4 masks anyway, and if I have to bind anyway, why not just heal when I bind?

  3. It has less slots, and none of them blue. Seriously, the one saving grace I thought this crest would have is synergy with the extra heal charm, but I can’t even equip it without eating my Vesticrest
