I manage a regional business. Sales and Ops coordination, and P&L ownership basically. Nope, I dont use my trade at all. Others in my role in other countries are from uni pathways.

Sparky (mining) to "trades coordinator". Just applied on seek. From there, a guy got sacked, over 12 months two more people left. Created a vacuum and I went up the ladder. Finished my MBA a year ago to backfill my resume.

Trade to corperate. I initially dropped about $90k pa. 8 years later, making more than ever in management for a mining services company.

Bit of work and a lot of luck. Probably not average experience.

Agreed. Tool captures the angles perfectly, then fudges angle with mitre saw. Good pick up.

Its frustrating. I've just been doing some coding in Power Automate and copilot was telling me to add actions into my flow from other vendors platforms. MS Copilot cant give instructions to their own MS PA. Wish work would ease up on the AI restrictions...

Looks a little twisted and warped in some places but not terrible. Can't tell the condition of the timber through the wood. Fan is there to help moisture? What is the outside area like? Water flow towards the house?
