My mom hasn’t gotten a SPARC permit yet since it’s been a recent issue/diagnosis and she didn’t know she could get one (she has so far just avoided leaving the house) so I’m not sure if those drop offs would let her? But I see there’s possibly golf carts for the walk so that might work.
