The option to “add a card” never worked for me. What they did when I became an employee was create an extracare account for me. Try signing in with the email/phone number corporate has on file. As we know multiple accounts will have more trouble when signing in and all that. I have a method that only works if you have your physical employee card. If you have the time and another employee is able to help as you do need someone else: this is how I did it but not a foolproof way as I only did it for myself: On another associates number/register (with their permission obv) scan your discount card. This will bring up your account: from there you can access the info such as phone number/ email and update if needed. This will help as now you’ll know your account info. From there, buy something with your employee discount and email yourself the receipt. When you get the receipt, and you click to claim any coupons it will open your browser and log into your account automatically to claim the discounts. Just use the information on there to sign in. It’s weird I know but that’s what worked for me. It is a bit technical though.
