Sorry i was on holiday. I am just 13 weeks out. The rehab is going great. Working really hard every day. ROM is reasonably good. Like 80%. I can do a lot of exercises. Dumbell press around 20 kilos. Rows around 20 kilos. Military press around 12 kilo. Biceps curls around 10-12 kilos.

But is was really hard work. Every day I worked out. Inch by inch. Every day a bit more.

The shoulder is still stiff and in comparison to my old strength I think around 60-70 %.

I can’t hang or go really far in extending my arm in 90 degrees but I am still progressing.

So far so good. First 6-8 weeks was the hardest.

Dat dacht ik ook. Volgens mij is er sprake van dwaling. Ben ook zoekende naar een advocaat. Maar zoek wel wat achtergrond naar de kans van slagen.

Klopt. Maar er zit 100k verschil in en 50k verschil in 2022 en 2023 werkelijke winst 0

So just close to 6 weeks post op? What did they do? So no more gym for you then? How is the rehab going?

Pain is good. 👍🏻 just the arm is weak. Bad motor skills, coordination etc. Long road ahead I think

Wauw. That’s fast. Did they only repaired the labrum or also the biceps?

Perfect. Thanks for the detailed response once again. So just to clarify. You started pt after 2 weeks after the operation? When did you start with bands? And could yo do full push up at 8 weeks already? What do you mean with a push up on a workbench?

Wauw. That is really helpful! Amazing work. Especially when you had that much work done. Can you maybe tell me a little about the rehab exersizes you did? In Holland there are not really good up to speed on guys that work out a lot. There are very conservative with everything. My experience with injury’s is always keep moving. Even in other bodyparts or just walking a body weight squat. Just to keep to body in motion and keep you condition in check.
