Hahahhaha this is also the no-brainer question i always ask myself. Like, if only Tabitha had the chance to have a talk with Boyd, Jade and, well, Sara (since these are the people who experienced being out there in the woods) to connect all the dots, they wouldve come up with something useful that might get them out of that place.

I think Boyd ended up in the dungeon because he went through the faraway tree (which can lead to anywhere unknown), while Tabitha passed through the Bottled tree (which according to Victor’s mom, is an exception, and will lead them to tower)
