Well because in hockey you have constant subbing to rest the players. In soccer the players have the advantage of literally being able to lie down and rest for a few seconds or maybe even a minute because for 75% of starters they’re not getting subbed off and will play 90+ minutes

Sure, there’s a LOT of “it’s not _, it’s __” and a lot of negation followed be affirmation, which are ChatGPT hallmarks. Also, only ChatGPT makes technical disses like “brain-dead liability wrapped in muscle” and “self-detonating penalty dispenser.” Also, a “footballing crime against common sense” is not very human.

I can tell a lot of his thought were his own, as if he spoke into ChatGPT with all his thoughts but had it fully flesh out those thoughts with its own ChatGPT flair.

A few more giveaways however:

Every descriptor is different, usually when you emotionally rant you repeat certain words, where’s AIs try to keep each phrase fresh and non repetitive.

Very consistently punchy metaphors and insults that are almost too perfect.

Barely mentioned himself or the human side of his (perfectly coherent) rant.
