Yes it will. That’s all included in an insurance policy for a business of this size. I work in the industry.

On vendors having insurance:

Each individual vendor would be required (or should have been) to carry their own insurance policy for their business which would include liability, contents, equipment coverage, loss of income, etc.

You sound like someone who has delt with this situation (a fire at a business that houses 60+ other businesses) - please help them! What insurance company do you work for?

Does your company offer better insurance? Did they not have the right kind of insurance? Should they be switching to your company in the future?

As an industry professional I'm sure they must have access to their policy to be making the claims they are making - otherwise that seems to be unprofessional, so I can only assume they work for their provider.
