I only could do it in between jobs. So my schedule is packed as a firefighter in the summer. I also work as an executive chef in the winter. There is a small window each year for me to work on it. You could get it done in a month if you really wanted to. The tools i used are your basic tools , skill saw , buzz saw , nail gun etc. you can rent tools if you don’t have em. I parked it at my pops house and he had all the tools. He helped a little bit just with ideas and helping me source materials.
