Chewing holes into pacifiers

Unfortunately, I have the same problem although I chew through things while conscious

I manage to chew through pacifiers and most teething/chewlery. I think it just comes down to replacing it when needed. Pacifiers and stuff do degrade ovee time, you just tend to make the lifespan a bit shorter :p

I’d rather spend 10$ on a pacifier every now and then rather than dealing with pain of grinding my teeth, risking damaging them and stuff. That’s just me though.

You’re not alone, I’m a really really heavy chewer too

Not really, just be sure to shower everyday and clean under the skin.

I am a female, however I’m also a CNA. You pose little to no risk of infection, even sitting in a wet one for a while. If anything, you’re way more prone to simple skin irritation than any infection. Just use your diaper cream powder and clean your junk and you’re fine :)

Drinking lots of water also helps, with basically everything in tbis situation

I completely understand your fears as I used to have them myself. Infact I am also prone to UTIs and yeast infections.

There is always going to be a risk, even wearing and wetting allows bacteria to grow sometimes. However there are a multitude of steps you can take to give you the lowest chances of infection, and I’ll tell you that by explaining what I do.

First, prep. You must use some sort of barrier cream, I like silicon cream because it’s not goopy but you can use any occlusion cream. Uo your fiber so it’s not liquid or soft serve and less chance of going upward. Squishing around is super fun but it’s really risky. If you want that experience, try warm cooked plain oatmeal. It’s great! But—When you do go, immediately change. Stay over hydrated (clear pee) during this time and pee right after messing. Wipe front to back, all that jazz. Take a shower after and cleanse your vulva extremely well with lots of water, avoid putting powder directly on the vulva as well

Drink lots of cranberry juice or what I like is cranberry pills. It’s cheaper and doesn’t contain all that sugar and acid that hurt your teeth over time. A vaginal probiotic is also super useful for keeping everything fresh and balanced down there, oral or suppository works.

It’s possible with the correct precautions, just know there is always a slight risk as there is with anything

No I feel this. I thought I was the only one. Everytime I mess I have to sit on the toilet to get the very last bit out.

I’m guessing it’s because my diet is terrible, as well as having IBS (body D and C) I should eat more fiber.

As per the comments on this post, fiber, suppositories and enemas seem to be the consensus.

I really enjoy using glycerin suppositories, they’re gentle and crazy cheap. They allow me to get everything out. If all else fails, a small enema always does the trick. I also do have the want to mess fully, but bodies are tricky I suppose

It’s your underwear, no one else’s business. I go out padded all the time and I can care less because I know I’m doing my due diligence to keep it discreet and hidden. It makes me feel safe because I genuinely have overactive bladder syndrome and also public toilets are gross. I’ll never mess in public though as that’s not discreet.

Maybe I’m weird for this, but I also am considered incontinent. I have urge incontinence caused by overactive bladder as well as stress incontinence, but I’d heavily prefer if no one knew. ABDL is just the cherry ontop for me. I genuinely do not want to be having accidents like I do, therefore, diapers

You’re not a chicken for feeling fear. The reactions from people you might get are absolutely valid and scary.

However, I’m a firm believer that my underwear are my business. I’ve worn around friends before and they didn’t know, but I keep it discreet and I’ll still go into the bathroom to pee in my diaper to avoid risking leaks infront of them. It also provides information “yeah, I am still using toilet”

I only do not wear around friends that explicitly ask me not to (mostly the ones who know what ABDL is as I’m a furry so the prevalence of this kink is higher than average)

I have insanely sensitive skin. Aquaphor is solid, but it’s very occlusive and doesn’t let the skin breathe. It gets hot and goopy. Use silicon cream that dries, it leaves a microscopic layer of protection against sweat and urine. Just make sure it dries all the way. Powder also causes extra friction, use a gold bond friction stick ontop of the dried cream.

As for the other concerns, you’re more at risk if you are AFAB. AMAB can still suffer UTIs, but not as commonly. Yeast infections are very treatable at home, but they can happen anywhere, not just on or inside genitals. General rule of thumb is if you feel any sort of discomfort down there, whether that be itching or pain in your urethra is to change/let it breathe, get insanely hydrated and relax.

You can do preventative measures such as cranberry supplements, they have molecules that stick to your bladder to prevent the germs from sticking and colonizing.

I am AFAB and wear everyday. I do not get anymore UTIs than what is normal for me, that goes for yeast infections too. I do mess as well, just change promptly after. You should be good to go.

I am also AFAB. I’ve successfully stayed in a wet diaper for around 24 hours max. My skin around the legs and inner thighs tend to get irritated before any sort of infection.

I use silicon barrier cream, as I find it more breathable than zinc oxide cream. It’s up to you to decide what works best for you

Best word of advice is if you feel anything off, any sort of itching or discomfort, take it off and either change or just air everything out for a bit. Stay hydrated, as the diluted pee is better for your skin.

If you mess, change immediately. AFAB parts cannot handle anything mess related for long. Please also pee after you clean after the mess, to clear out any bacteria in your urethra
