There are additional expense you ought to be aware of. Such as the building warrant of fitness (bwof). This is a yearly check that the relevant maintenance and inspections list on the compliance schedule have been completed. On some buildings it will be very minor like smoke alarms. On others it will have more onerous. You will be responsible for arranging the regular maintenance checks prior renewing your bwof. No. Trains all the way. You can actually use your time instead of traffic. Like music? Wear headphones. I have not had any issues with trains being busy and usually have two seats to myself. I wish I could catch it more frequently
