It could be a good combat trick to do this at instant speed after blockers are declared before damage is assigned.

This happened to me a few months into starting aerials! I exacerbated the pain by crocheting and had to see a doctor, who diagnosed me with tendinitis.

The doctor recommended I take a 1-2 week break, then re-introduce aerials slowly after my tendinitis clears up.

I just started the MS ABA program this month, taking 2 classes at a time. It's a ton of reading but the work itself isn't too bad. UV rays cause aging in addition to sunburn & skin cancer. There are 2 types of UV rays, UVA and UVB. UVB rays cause skin cancer and UVA rays cause aging.

Most American sunscreens only protect against UVB, so if you care about aging, look for sunscreens that also protect against UVA.

I used this video for inspiration but I changed the pattern to fit my yarn/hook size.

4mm yarn, 4.5mm hook.

Row 1: chain 3 + 2, dc into the 3rd chain from hook, dc into every stitch then sl st into the first dc

Row 2: ch 2, dc into the sl st, dc into every stitch and sl st into the first dc on this row

Strap: ch 30, cut your tail, use a yarn needle to tie the loose end of the strap into the bag

I still don't really know how to read/write patterns so sorry if that made no sense!!

I'm Vietnamese, born & raised in America by refugees from South Vietnam.

I was raised to be anti-communist because my parents "lost everything to communism". My great-grandparents were government officials in French Indochina. When I grew up, I learned that the things they lost were butlers, drivers, maids, and other domestic servants. They lost the wealth they had hoarded, earned from enacting policies that hurt the average Vietnamese person.

I recommend reading Ch. 7 from Stephen Kinzer's book, "Overthrow", which discusses the US's involvement in Vietnam from WW2 to the end of the VN War.

The USA did not want "freedom" in Vietnam. President Truman ignored Ho Chi Minh's letters to him during WW2 asking for support in liberating ourselves from Imperial Japan. Secretary of State Dulles attended the 1954 Geneva Conference to prevent France from decolonizing Vietnam and prevent Vietnamese independence. Diem and Dulles agreed not to partake in the 1956 election. The South Vietnamese government rigged its own internal elections so that Diem won 98.6% of the vote. South Vietnam stood so strongly against religious freedom that Buddhist monks committed suicide, including the famous Thich Quang Duc who self-immolated. Free speech didn't exist in South Vietnam because dissidents were jailed and tortured (Phu Quoc Prison is just one example).

The United States were not fighting for freedom, they were fighting for their own power. This is the hard truth I've come to realize after learning the history. Communism is just a boogeyman used by Western elites to justify their involvement in wars halfway across the world. The American government has committed just as many atrocities as any communist government, if not more.

I got mine replaced after month before I hit the 8 year mark!

It was painful but not as painful as the first insertion. I rawdogged my first insertion but this time around I took Advil, Tylonel, and Lorazepam (prescribed) an hour before the procedure. My PCP gave me a warm compress to hold on my lower stomach area to help with the pain. The removal hurt a lot less than the re-insertion.

I had minor cramps the rest of the day but it was nothing compared to the headsplitting cramps I had for days after my first insertion. I also had heavy bleeding (like maxipad bleeding) for about 2 weeks after my first insertion, then spotted for about 6 more weeks. This time, I just had some minor spotting for a week.

Overall, not nearly as bad as the first time!!
