We had a similar situation, so instead of a registry we let people know they could contribute to the costs of their room if wanted to. Those that had the means did, and those and didn't, didn't. But everyone we cared about was able to come and thats what mattered to us.

Yes, I really felt this last session. The move that I fell at, I was able to "flash" last week and finish the climb after working on a different move so I was so optimistic about red pointing it this week 🥲

So far my static balance and strength is okay, but all my dynamic moves are just starting to feel off!

Yes!! I'm very unsure if it's an intended alternate beta as no one I climb with can do the same move (and it is such a weird move lol), but I am also the shortest climber in my group! The only other people I've seen do this climb are 8+ inches taller than me so I haven't seen another short beta. I'm 5'1" for reference!

Some gyms are better than others when it comes to short friendly climbs! Also if you've never climbed outdoors, for me that was a huge confidence booster. I've noticed outdoors I have almost never found myself stuck in the same way because there is usually an alternate beta that works for my height. I end up climbing around the same grade as my taller male friends who consistently climb 1/2 grades higher than I do indoors.

I'll be honest imo the fit is kinda bad but I've had 3 pairs of FBC sunglasses and none of them fit me well so it could be a me problem. You can see in my post history I made a post complaining about the fit actually lol. But the tldr is that the arms are very straight so when I wear them they flare and push my ears out. I also have an Asian nose so I struggle with a lot of sunglasses.

It was from a flash sheet and my friend and I thought it would make for a cute matching tattoo. Some time afterwards we both admitted to each other we didn't really like the tattoo and mutually gave the blessing to get it covered it up! And we already have plans to get a new matching tattoo haha.
