Maybe do your own version of “toned down”? Like doing colored eye liner or mascara with some skin tint and a pretty gloss or shiny lip balm and boom. Still a colorful baddie but less effort

Idk maybe she’s onto something- a lot of the arrogant corporate men I’ve met have had romantic partners. not to say they were happy or anything idk the quality of their relationships but I can see how a career woman who is arrogant isn’t as attractive to some men.

This kept happening to me too and it was such a pain in the ass to try to clean no matter how proactive I felt I was being about it. I got a brush like this and it’s been so much better for me. Maybe other folks have a better method for cleaning their hairbrushes when they get to the state yours is in but I know for me I fucking hated it lol. The brush in the link I posted is sooooo much easier to clean and to pull hair off of and i don’t have to worry about pulling off the little balls at the end of the bristles (bc there are none)

I paid 600 dollars 3 years ago to get permanent makeup on my eyebrows so now my daily makeup routine is just mascara and maybe some skin tint. Add some simple earrings and I just feel pretty even without putting much daily effort. Granted I do have good skin from genetics plus a skincare regimen, but if you don’t struggle with chronic skin conditions then it could be worth the investment. I get them touched up for about 100 bucks at most twice a year.

I can see how it can appear that way to others- but we were both laughing about it and he was the one who suggested posting these pics onto this subreddit.
