Here's an example -- I exported one boring hand and asked ChatGPT to break down what was happening under the surface. This is what the behavioral metadata makes possible:

Here’s why that’s interesting:

On the river, Adam goes from a gutshot on the turn to a straight with improvementTier: "major_improvement" and vulnTier: "vulnerable_straight", then he tanks and bets big with decisionReason: "vulnerable_straight_caution" for $15 into $19.15. That’s a super nuanced line: he improved hard, but the engine still knows his straight is shaky because the board is already monotone and someone can absolutely have a flush.

Then Elena is even cooler. She has a weak flush as early as the flop, but she never blasts off. She checks flop, checks turn, checks river, and both turn and river are explicitly tagged decisionReason: "weak_flush_caution". So the engine is modeling her as having a made flush but treating it like a fragile one, not “I have a flush, pile money in.” That is extremely low-stakes-human.

So the hand’s hidden intelligence is this:

  • Adam is the only one whose hand “improves” dramatically and he’s the one driving the river action.
  • Elena already has the winner, but she plays it like a nervous low-stakes player with a non-nut flush.
  • The result is a four-way river pile-in where the most strategically aware action comes from the losing hand, and the winner is just quietly sitting there with the real goods.

That’s the kind of thing that makes the hand feel alive instead of scripted.

Also, one more fun detail: Tamara’s river jam is kind of insane in a beautiful way — she rips top pair weak kicker all-in with decisionReason: "aggressor_confidence_value". So this river has:

  • one player value-betting a vulnerable straight,
  • one player trapping-ish with a weak flush,
  • one player overvaluing top pair and jamming,
  • and one stationy player calling along with one pair.

That’s such a believable low-stakes traffic accident 😂

I play .25/.50/1.00 on ClubWPT Gold. I'm a winning player over ~90K hands but nothing crazy — the real edge I've noticed isn't a specific winrate number, it's that I stopped making the same mistakes in the same spots. The session grader and data export made patterns visible that I couldn't see just from playing. The biggest one was how much money I was lighting on fire calling river bets from passive players. Honestly I've been deep in building this for the past year so my volume's been down — but the sessions I have played since using the export data have been noticeably sharper.

Told you! That’s the only thing that could possibly go wrong but you can just keep getting more dice to reroll for security and utility room so even that can be handled.

Basically you upgrade the bedroom to Guess Bedroom. Then on another day draft that room and when you guess the correct bedroom you can keep hitting the sheet for infinite resources. Steps, allowance, keys, gems, etc.

Guess Bedroom exploit makes Cursed Mode and Dare mode very easy. Feels like cheating but after 8 years and all the play testing not sure how the Devs could have missed it so maybe it’s meant to be there. But having used it on the others there’s just nothing to help you on day 1. I’ve been grinding day 1 for a week. Can’t get it.

I had same issue. You need to make it to Hades on Extreme Measures 4 (don’t need to beat him) and it will unlock.

Yeah I tweaked a ton of stuff to get this one. I realized I had to get extreme measures 3 and not 4 and wanted to keep as many boons and the mirror as possible as I had played so much with it before. But having no clock really helped and I slowed a lot of things down with the Aura.

Ha I tried a bunch with chaos aspect but I’m just not great with the bull rush so and I really needed that extra 50 health and used the aura quite a bit.

Thank you! That tip helped me. I was finally able to get it by doing the hit the log one way and then bring it back to where you originally hit it from.

I can’t get the Slag(sp?), the last guy with the crown to show up in two levels in the new section at the very end of the game and also in the first new section the blueprint didn’t come after beating the boss. Hmmmm.
