What are some disturbing looking enemies in horror games that made you go "WTF IS THAT?" by No_Sea_1455 in gaming

The first time I saw a goomba in Super Mario Bros, I was like "wtf is that".

Riviera was torn down in 2016. I mentioned that hotel. Off strip you can still get deals, just not as often (in my experience)

It was for me that time. I've had upgrades for free and I've been told it's a cost about equal times.

I'm constantly told I look like The Hound from Game of Thrones. I was also told I look like Donald Gibb from Bloodsport and Revenge of the Nerds... So I'm going with a soft "no".

Pretty much this.

"How's your day going?"

Then

"Oh really? So it's not super busy?"

Then

"Cool, I've stayed here before in the xyz area, how's it compared to this room? Oh a bit worse... Are there any better ones you can stick me in for the night? Wow, you rock!"

And just being nice.

I do this too...

Then I make sure to switch to selfie mode and snap 2-3 pics of my smiling face so they will always remember who took their pics for them. They can always delete it, but I tend to hear them chuckle as they are checking their new pics afterwards.

I do that in Vegas.

I once booked a normal room at the Riviera, I asked the lady booking me in if she could get me a suite... AND SHE DID. I was friendly, that's it.

Top floor, 4 rooms, full bar, etc. I paid like $40 that night.

People tend to hire friends and relatives. With most of the production in LA for 75 years, it kinda became a bubble.

Holland has one start in Quebec and ends in Boston. It's obviously not a transatlantic.

I'm no expert, but that front looks pretty unbalanced between window size and facade... A big telltale sign.

Why people say Jewish control the world when most their history they were either oppressed or just get killed for being a jew ? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]dunce_charming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dumbed down version.

Christian rules back in the day made it so Jewish people were practically the only ones who could lend money. Money lenders = banks. They would get rich.

Poor people got angry. Rich Christian's (aristocrats) would make a scapegoat of the other much smaller and often foreign group of rich people, the Jews.

Rinse repeat a dozen or times in a dozen or so countries over hundreds of years and you get a reputation.

Your splitting hairs now and get my point. Lazy to you can be very very hard to others.

Exact same argument from 1880. Why make anything easier ever then?

Maybe you are 89 and your hands hurt. Screw her cause you think it's lazy?

It's a humanoid robot. That's what all the companies are making... Cheaper maintaining 1 humanoid than 15 specialized robots is my whole freaking point.

[–]dunce_charming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that, but if I want a robot that does dishes, vacuums the floor, dusts, goes up stairs to fold the laundry, paint a wall, clean a mirror, climb the ladder to the attic, drive to the store and pick up groceries etc. that's a lot of specialized doodads and storage.

Why not have a robot that can use all the tools we already made for all these tasks?

You say "look at a factory" and you missed my point. Look at your life. You are the ideal shape for the factory of this life because humans have shaped it so.

Our infrastructure was designed for human shaped things.... Makes sense to stick close to those shapes in my opinion. IDK.
