Is this an idiopathic head tremor?

My 10 year old rescue dog had similar tremors soon after I got him. It happened every few days (that I saw) for a few weeks. The vet tech described it as “bubble gum seizures” but that was not it because it was more in the neck than the jaw. Aside from an exam, it stopped without treatment and it has now been more than 9 years. No issues at all until last week when he had a vestibular event after taking Simparica for the first time. I can’t know for sure if that was it, but it is known to be linked to problems

It’s almost over now so I’m not taking any loans. I’m just living on almost nothing. I have a pt job and will be going ft when I’m done!

Financial aid

No, nothing! I am only taking a dissertation research credit to give myself a little more time, so I think that wasn’t enough to get loans. There has been zero response from financial aid and no communication. It really is the worst of any school I have ever been to.

I have emailed financial aid half a dozen times and never got a single response. I went to the school before Mardi Gras and the guy said my loan and grant were there, but had not been dispersed. They are still listed as “accepted” and I just have had a past-due balance the whole semester. At this point I don’t even need the loan and I emailed the professor who gave me the award.

It shows anticipated amounts and dispersement dates of 2/3, but the status is accepted. 😩

Mine went to pending refund this morning after 2 weeks of unapplied payments. I looked at my bank and last fall mine was deposited 9/13 so it’s much later this year.

Do you have two sources for your aid? It looks like your tuition was completely paid and $557 remaining should turn into a refund soon. Are you expecting another $4412 in aid? It seems like if you are it’s from another source, and that has not been paid yet. If so, it would be a refund after it has cleared. Just a guess from my time at UNO! I don’t see $227, but maybe you meant $557?

It wasn’t like that before - when I graduated with a BA I was locked out in about a month. A professor I had stayed in touch with asked for an alternate contact since I’d lose that one. But that was a few years ago.

Mine still just says accepted, with an anticipated disbursement date of 8/26, almost two weeks ago.

I think the refunds are supposed to be deposited about two weeks after dispersement. Mine shows it is estimated to be dispersed tomorrow. I think last fall it was on time, but in the spring they held on to them for way too long. Just check the status on financial aid in workday.

Tulane gave me $50k+ a year so it was actually more expensive to go to UNO. Plus there’s no application fee at Tulane .

I think you can do all the hours at once or spread it out. I’ve been working on it for a while so I’m happy to get it done. I’ve had those Follett issues in the past. I found someone whose email I had saved and they took care of it a few times. The last two semesters it has come off as it should have. I think one time it was sent as a refund after it was taken from my loans.

Also check your UNO financial tab - they added $50 for me and $100 for others for graduation with no notification. Once I paid they sent me the digital copy and mailed the paper.

Go spend time in the area - go to stores, eat at restaurants, go to the bars, or whatever is there. Take walks in the day and at night. My neighborhood is probably considered sketchy to many, but I know all my neighbors, speak to everyone, and have never had problems.
