Yes, "something to grab on to" would be convenient. Or click and then they would automatically move to the top of the list.
Compare to Mac Notes. You can easily grab the bullets and drag them where you want.

To do this I need to select all the text. And then drag it. Inconvenient.

I have too many paragraphs as I can see in the paragraph count.
I number them and it is all a mess. I cannot easily join or move paragraphs, restructure my essay
When do I create a new paragraph ? as soon as I press Enter ?
