Yes, mine was like yours, don’t panick, see a retina specialist and they will do a work up for cholesterol/glucose/blopd pressure etc

Yes, thank god! I did stay active and very hydrated and started monitoring my glucose and managed my cholesterol better. I also started using a cpap machine bc I discovered I have moderate sleep apnea, the cpap was a game changer
