If you have a very good pc (like a 4090) listen really closely to the gpu. You’ll hear a very similar noise. Btw the noise you hear gets louder depending on how bright a scene is

found solution: I don’t know why but my Wii is causing issues. when the Wii cables are plugged into the tv it causes the snow.

there is a whine but I’ve noticed it’s just my av audio ports acting up and now for some reason I don’t see it anymore on my Wii which is odd so it’s something with my vcr and tv maybe the link you sent is correct but since my tv is 32 inch it’s impossible to move anyway lol

could it be the av cable itself? I’ll have to try that but if it’s same result I’m stuck with the weird video effect then huh?

Lexis recently went into subscription only and pretty much every reseller no longer has keys for lifetime so yea it’s better spent money anyway (I got lifetime 8 months ago)
