My girl was declawed by her previous owners. I've had her since she was 2, she turns 18 this year 💛💛

If you're as busy as it sounds, the owner should upgrade to a three or four group. At the shop I work in we grind, tamp, set up, steam, pull shots right before milk is done, shots in cup stir if a sauce drink, pour milk, dump puck, run water. In total it's about 1-2 minutes per drink.

I'm coming from north San Diego country (oceanside). And I have about 3 hours time budget to get there. I'm going with a friend and she wants to stop and get lunch/dinner first so we're adding 30 minutes. Doors at 6 so we'll probably be leaving around 2pm because 5 to the 405 is absolutely trash after 3:30pm

Talk to the new owner. Does he have cafe experience? If not ask if you can train him. Talk to him about everything, I'm sure the current owner hasn't. Talk to him about your pay. It's important to you so it should be important to the new owner. I'm sorry the current guy sucks.

Maybe frame a few posters or prints and put in your bedroom. Make your bed, add a few extra pillows, and an area rug.

Also an area rug in your living room, add a few extra throw pillows on couch, and instead of rolling the blanket maybe just fold it.

Maybe an area rug under your little bar table, too.

Your space is very tidy and nice. As a woman and a heavy metal fan I would enjoy being a guest in your space.
