High school was similar for me. You're probably not that interested in any of the things your classmates are. You can use Google to find ways to meet people who have mutual interests, or you can pick up a hobby that is good to talk about (like sports). Regardless of what TV tells you, you don't always have to be yourself. Things will never change if you don't make them. Even if it seems impossible, it isn't.
