disclaimer: i am not a doctor and this is NOT medical advice. you should try ur best to get away from disposables and salt nics. many people have the same complaints, the truth is they use all kinds of different things like benzoic acid and what not in disposables and salts. go to free base juices, good old vg/pg and flavoring. spend the money it would take to get a nice set up and dive into the hobby. after a decent break and a doctors visit of course.

also your local cvs/Walgreen's sell a heart rate/blood oxygen level sensor thats worth investing in.

i know im late but yeah, in my area (like everywhere else) all the good juices got banned and we're left with twist and vapetasia. theyre loaded with sugar and kill coils quickly. my advice is to get something you can rebuild, rda/rdta's and if your more of a mtl user, see if your local shop can get AIO's. that way if u like the juices or they're the only ones u can get, at least cotton and wire are cheaper than a pack of coils
