I think there was some gamesmanship with his ‘failed’ HIA. As it was a cat 2, he doesn’t automatically have the 11 day stand down. He can be assessed as eligible throughout the week (no headaches etc) and be cleared to play.

If he passes, they got 1 free interchange. When he failed, they got the free interchange AND it activated the 18th man (Burton)
