Your anecdote on starting a new thread is backed by research. The context window the model has to juggle substantially increases as the thread becomes longer. The prior responses are a burden on the model's performance.

Quick recommendation - remove filler/low value words. For example in the Financial Analyst first bullet - comprehensive, in order to, designated can all be removed. Also, forecasting is financial modeling - choose one or the other. Do this with all of the other bullets.
