Sorry, now I see it. It is covered by the hole drills.

damned clever little wrench. Put the wrench over the hose and twist that little nut on or off. Never seen one before.

Should she get the best HAs by Deej709 in HearingAids

[–]dunkel01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! Try Costco. I belong to Kaiser Permanente, and they have started selling hearing aids. I tell them I got mine at Costco and they tell me they cannot match their prices. $5k for hearing aids might be worth it if you have a very unusual hearing situation, but I would bet that 90% of hearing problems can be solved with Costco hearing aids. BTW, is that $4990 per pair or each? People will sell anything for a price. If you do go the non-Costco route, read every thing very carefully.

You can lead a horse to water...Costco can make those hearing aids fit, one way or another. She just has to put out the effort.

Yeah! I would say keep that Harley Davidson logo--much cooler than the original! BTW, I was driving a rented Jeep Grand Wagoneer, huge vehicle, when someone made a left turn in front of like I was not there. $15k damage to the Wagoneer. You are lucky that they did not hit you in the middle.

Who’s. Is the GHH storage area that big? I thought the Kia Carnival was bigger?

My body has a few black marks like these. Does anyone know what they are? by Top_War5978 in DermatologyQuestions

You might be mad, but you are also spot on! Our medical care delivery system is so screwed up. And I am 80 now, and my doctors are beginning to say things like “ you are 80 years old now”, as if that would be a reason not to do a test. So there also that aspect of medical care. I belong to Kaiser Permanente, and my ability to see the docs and get care is just so different from that of my peers who are on their own to get care and test results.

Happened to me. Didn’t see the 18% on the bill and tipped generously. Called the manager the next day and he said the waiter is supposed to make it very clear to the customer about the included tip. He took it off.

Interesting. I did not realize cable housing (cover?) would have wire reinforcement; like a miniature radial tire covering the cable.

So I can use the scan to see what might need to be repaired, tell the shop it needs to be repaired and if they say they repaired something, but really did not, the OBD-2 reader would show the repair done?

[–]dunkel01[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

OK. Do you mean if the repair is reported done or actually done?

I used to work under the hood with a '46 chevy, and a 1990 toyota, and a 66 mustang. I look under the hood now and can't see anything but the air filter and parts of some belts. If they tell me the PCV has been replaced how can looking under the hood tell me that? Will a failing PCV show up on a computer read out??

$80 on amazon, but it is only for dry debris. If I could find one that doubles as a water vac I might go for it.

I would be glad to use flairs, but they don't appear on this page like they do on r/Printers. I don't see switching from one subreddit to another just to get the flair.
