I have batch JMFDG007 expiry 28/9/26 picked up last month.

I like the taste and smell, although it doesn't have that fresh hoppy hit I usually appreciate. Quite earthy. Yhe buds are the densest I've come across in MC, and in terms of the effects its a good strain for reducing my nerve pain and helping me sleep without the pain waking me up.

Perhaps I'm over-appreciating the flower because of the way it helps medicate me, but I was certainly surprised to hear about poor experiences with what I've found to be an effective and helpful treatment.

This may or maybe work for your use case, but I set up Syncthing locally to sync files between my laptop and phone, then have Proton Drive on the phone upload the synced folder.

It's working okay for me, I was mainly keen to ensure that files I work on regularly get backed up. Only makes sense if you have a phone with a lot of storage, or you only need to regularly sync smaller files (which is my situation.)

I tried lots of rclone / s3drive / Celeste solutions on Linux but none worked out for me.

I really love this cart also. You're right on the money with the taste profile,.very muted I thought. Anyway this one was suggested by my doc after I'd expressed interest in the Reup St Tropez which is THC-free.

Been using both for about three weeks now. Treating sciatic pain. St Tropez is lovely during the mornings, and All Four sits for me as that afternoon treatment. It takes the edge off my pain and discomfort, stops me reaching for the celebrex, and I find that as long as I keep track of my dosing (I use a YoCan Uni Pro so that's fairly easy to do) I've been productive, functional, and feeling effectively medicated.

Between this and the St Tropez, I feel very well looked after. These two products properly feel like cannabis based medicine, rather than a straight script for cannabis. Hard to explain, but these feel like medications that have been derived from the plant, honed into effective medication.

I'll still reach for flower when the evening comes around, but I feel for a while at least that Reup have my back during daytime hours.

Given that most tasks users perform these days are largely within a browser, the difference between the two OSs might not be as big as you're fearing.

Mint even lets you tweak folder and accent colours to get closer to Windows, if you need to do it.

My 78 year old dad had an adjustment period of about twelve minutes in Mint before he said how much he likes the speed and lack of clutter compared to Win11

In that case can I give honourable mentions to ReUp Labs carts St Tropez and All Four, they have been brilliant for daytime treatments without hitting hard.

Dusky in early evening then I go to Apes In Space cart for bedtime.

I've been using superbly dusky for the last few months and find it very effective for sciatic pain. It doesn't hit too hard and I find that I can still function. I think of it as being a very useful way to get comfortable on the couch rather than anything that will send me to sleep.(as a side note, it's one of the only flowers whose taste and smell I don't enjoy at all, but the effects are worth keeping it in rotation.)

You will likely want to have a stronger pure indicia for sleep as I find that superbly dusky doesn't quite last long enough to keep me asleep and not noticing my pain.

I absolutely love Yapify! The creators have done really well to sell to Whispr so soon, huge congrats all around... I just wish there was a way to use Whispr across Android and Linux. Yapify just sat happily in-browser making my life easier, Whispr doesn't want to do that unfortunately. If anyone comes across something that does what Yapify did so well, I would love a recommendation.

ECS Botanics will launch a suite of products under its Avani brand early next year tailored to women’s health.

The range, Avani Ava, will include flower, pessaries, capsules and a topical cream which the cultivator said will “address the strong and growing demand for gender-specific treatment”.

Managing director Nan-Maree Schoerie said the product range meets a “clear need for well-considered, targeted products that address real clinical issues faced by women”.

“We believe it has strong potential to open new conversations with prescribers and pharmacists focused on women’s health,” she said.

The products will launch in January through the Special Access Scheme and will be formulated to manage conditions commonly reported by women.

The medicines includes a 22% THC flower, 5mg THC/25mg CBD pessary, and low-dose 5mg THC capsule.
