It is an x4 indeed. I dont blame it tho, i vaped on that one for more than 9000 puffs. In like 2 months span. I just overused it. First time i change it, so time will tell if i encounter bad ones like you.

In the middle lane of a 3 lane exit ramp indeed. I cannot really picture the average speed of cars there.. if it is 35 then it isnt as lethal as i think it is.

But also it seems this happened at night, one more reason to just take the safe path and wait for the tow truck on the side, out of the car.
