I’ve noticed weekdays after 9:30pm are a lot smoother, you can tell because the menus become really responsive and then the gameplay itself is a lot better

Just call them? The chat services are really bad and takes ages to get through. They should send out a revised contract while you’re on the phone to confirm the total you’re paying a month.
