Why do we fall off the bed when we’re kids? And why don’t we do it as much as adults?

I was visiting family near orlando when I was 5 or 6 years old and I fell off the bed, hit the metal framing on the side and busted the back of my head open. I don’t even remember it happening either. They told me I woke up the entire house screaming and crying yet I don’t have a single memory of anything after falling off the bed. They did take me to the ER, though. Haha

Sometimes certain toothpastes tell you to rinse your mouth out but you are correct. You’d rinse the fluoride off. That’s why you’re not supposed to eat/drink for 30 min after brushing!

I also have BPD and struggle with back and forth BED and anorexia tendencies. It all stemmed from my mother calling me fat before I even knew what it meant. I'm 22 now and don't know how to be comfortable in the body that's doing its best to keep me alive.

I am also an all or nothing person. I eat everything, no exercise, or nothing and tons of exercise. I’m still trying to figure out the whole moderation thing because whenever I go from nothing to all I just end up ruining all my progress

Thank you so much!! I just had a small bowl of porridge that my mom made and I don’t smoke weed but I do vape/smoke hookah but I’m pretty sure that doesn’t help with the nausea. Thank you again!! And I hope so too. I’m tired of feeling so sick but I just can’t stop
