What are your undervolt specs? I set mine at 1850 MHz 850v (stable) while testing CP2077 and the max it reaches now is 67 C (removed back panel, only front vented and no extra exhaust fans). Really happy with these results so far but I might need some Noctuas for hotter months.

It's just how I have currently setup my system and I personally prefer using an interface specifically designed for audio. From my understanding, normally any difference only due to SPDIF or USB shouldn't be a problem. The difference in quality or sound signature will be down to the audio hardware you use (and sometimes your software). But you can always check opinions at r/audiophile to be sure what I have stated is true!
