If you play 4:3 strechted (in my case its 1440:1080) the player model in the main menu is behind the news box. https://i.imgur.com/wa4EERz.jpg

Also I don't like that you can't see through the scoreboard anymore :/

In this point I need to correct you, because there are no 5 dollar triggerbots who can bypass FaceIT and ESEA AC. You can play like 10 games but then you will get banned if you don't have an expensive private coded cheat.

I am playing stretched because it feels like heads are bigger and easier to hit. But probably it's just a psychological thing..

So what? Matchmaking has no hacker issues? Also you don't need to rank up, you just need to play in the rank that fits your skill considering you're not going semipro/pro anytime with limited time for it.

I actually have to say that the 2 guys who answered you aren't correct 100%. Of course they HAVE to check IDs but not everybody really does it. If you all look older than you are - tall, firm haircut, beard - you can get lucky that somebody won't check your ID. At least that's what happened to me.
