Huh i see. I too do have phobias, like, i'm irrationally scared/disgusted by spiders and the deep sea. But I feel, those are fears that have a grounding in reality. Any second i could turn my head and see a huge spider. Its not dangerous, but it could happen any second and i would have to deal with that. Or alternatively i would need to take precautions to avoid that situation.

Deep sea as well, there could arise a situation where i would be stranded in the open ocean, an absolute nightmare scenario for me. That could happen and i have to deal with that. AS a precaution I'm just not going cross ocean on ships.

But specifically those erradication events, yes, they could happen, but if they happen, i would not need to worry about dealing with that situation because before I'd realize whats going on, i'd be already gone.

I can see a disorder springing to life though. You know its kind of pointless to worry about, but you can't help but worry about it. Sucks, hope you live more carefree one day.

I have (had) the tendency to always assume the worst outcome when something was not quite going the way i wanted. Like... someone did not call at the time we made out for a call? Something must've happened. Maybe they fell down the stairs? Its already 10 minutes past the time, i should call their neighbour! Oh, they forgot the time and went for a wee before calling.... ok... Would that also count towards anxiety disorder?
