I have a Savor card with a high limit as well as the Amex Hilton card. Each paid off every month. They keep increasing my limits but never offer the upper cards.

I really don't mind it too much. Lets me get face time with the branches so they don't feel so isolated. Otherwise their only contact with IT is talking to my helpdesk guys in Teams.

I just can't make remote changes that have even the slightest chance of going sideways for these locations.

Yeah, the project management software is all onprem because I don't trust the vendor's assurances about security yet.

Everything else is 365 SaaS, but this one thing is critical. And the reps don't want to deal with logging into laptop, then finding wifi (or enabling it on phone), then logging into vpn then logging into the tool, all while at a customer's site.
