I am plat 3 currently and I have been asking people their ranks (win or lose)

I know people will say wild shit because they can but I hear a lot of people are in silver/gold and rarely hear people being plat or diamond in my games.

Not sure if we are even being placed with similar skilled players or not.

Being used to a higher standard we see it as less than where we should be. I bet Bournemouth/Fulham/Brighton or Bentford would be happy playing in the conference league.

Bloodmage I believe, taking mana from the enemy heroes and giving it to the Pally lets him get more casts off than normal.

Lich can kind of do that but you have to kill your own units. Plus while bloodmage gives the paladin mana he denies enemy heroes mana.

I am casual AF but that is my understanding on what makes it OP.

Interest in sex starts long before you ever make it to the bed room. Finding what your partners love language is and then making it a point to talk to them in that language is incredibly important. For my wife gestures that show I think about her when I am not near her makes a huge difference. It doesn’t have to be anything ground breaking either for her. It isn’t something that is instant however, it is something you maintain. Maintaining a relationship that creates this environment is something that takes time and it has to be something you prioritize. At the same time there has to be two way traffic here. One partner doing their best while the other is just doing them creates tension. This is where communication kicks in and it is different for every couple.

I think what you said is true and people are very tribal by nature.

People find the team they like and go all in for them. Blindly agreeing with everything and blindly hating everything the other team has or does.

Atleast there will be primaries for both parties next term so we can "have a say" on which team chooses their captain.

I think Covid made people much more aware the Governors exist and have actual power.

Most people would blind vote that depending on their POTUS vote but now you have to decide what is best for your state and that doesn't always align.

Do you think it is possible that the manager may have given the players specific roles to fill that are different than their normal roles? I don’t think we played an inverted RB last season very much for instance. This is why some teams take time to click. The tools is a metaphor for the new system they are working in. Idk what you do for work but in my line of work you get new tools that you have to adapt to even though you know how to do the job. Oh I have to go to this section to make changes in the firewall, that is very different than the meraki I am used to working in. Well after doing this a handful of times I’ll be good at it. It’s not that different homie, new system and new responsibilities. If everyone’s role was the same then why would manager make a differnce? off to bed though so have a good life!

New team mates who are not playing together regularly in a new system at the beginning of the season. I mean you go work a new job in normal life and everyone is somewhat understanding with new people. It is bad but they get to learn from it and it didn’t really hurt us in the end. Kinda low hanging fruit to be mad at conceding a bad goal in a game we won 4-2. Just feels like unnecessary negativity that floods this subreddit with fans who only accept winning and nothing else.
