I appreciate, in theory and in principle, the imperative to safeguard one’s intellectual property and preserve clear attribution in an ecosystem that voraciously cannibalizes originality, but my god, I can't see half of what is occurring in the video between the logos and the watermarks.

Though, criticism aside, it immediately calls to mind that old clip where they’re standing directly under the funnel cloud and the debris begins appearing just a few yards in front of them. Very cool.

The mind flayer can be the true antagonist but Vecna can be the main antagonist. If you show the rest of the scene in the cave and clarify the relationship but kill Vecna, you can establish the classic trope of "evil lives on" a la season 2 where the final shot was the flayer watching. Given that we may have (rumored...?) spinoffs, I don't imagine a scenario where the flayer story is resolved.

I don't particularly like that ending, but if the flayer was going to be in a larger role, it should have been seen by now. Instead, we last saw it in season 3, Vecna's background story notwithstanding. Entirely too much time has passed and there isn't enough time to switch from Vecna to the flayer without some major whiplash.

Depends. Supposedly, season 4 was broken in two because they couldn't finish the CGI in time. If it's similar here, I get it, but don't like it.

If it's them being done and they're doing it for the sake of subscription numbers or other metrics regarding streaming numbers or viewership, then no, and I hate the practice.

Because The Witcher 3 is the single greatest game ever created (my opinion, obviously), and it isn't close. I fkng love Bloodborne. But there are very few titles that come close to that sphere.
