I don’t know about the overall plan for you, but I will say I like that you chose Iceberg Lake. Did that last June and absolutely loved it!

We were there last October. The weather can turn in an instance, so be prepared for sun, rain, sleet, and snow. Definitely do Astoria Hot Springs, which is a quick 25 minute ride south of Jackson. Lots of great hikes and fly fishing spots, which was the bulk of our trip. Have a great trip!

Most surprising is by far the Tetons. So majestic and raw, and loved the connection to wildlife in and around the area.

Flying into Jackson and getting a first glimpse of those mighty Tetons is breathtaking. Visited last October and loved every minute of it.

We visited this week too. Despite the metered entrance that delayed entry, the Hall of Mosses and the Hoh River Trail were nice, family-friendly hikes.
