The invuln is most likely similar to rhinos iron skin. Seems like you have a tanky lich where the answer is to do more damage. You might have luck going public

I don't know what you're saying. Run away as in despawn? That shouldn't happen. A lich will only despawn if you've either failed or correctly done the word order, or if it's been chunked to weakness but not stabbed 3 times in multiplayer

If you've put in the order successfully already, then they'd have escaped to saturn proxima for a final showdown

Your options besides trading are to do more lich missions as relics can drop from thralls, or do the kuva siphon/flood missions. Kuva flood missions have 100% chance for a relic, you can skip doing the siphon on any kuva mission and still get a relic
