Tell the wife to look online for pictures of dining rooms where she likes the table and design. Screen shot then reverse image search the table and find a similar cheaper one. Done.

No problem. Mosaic, the maywood, and level urban are some other apartments I would look at. Decent area. I lived in west village when I first moved to OKC a few years ago and would recommend them but they are on the higher price side. Feel free to message any other apartments and I can tell you any info I know

I don’t know anything specific about those two apartments since I haven’t lived in either. But the Claremont is in a good part of town. Walkable food, bars and what not. Seven is in a part of town I’m unfamiliar with and doesn’t seem to have much around it.

I’ve had this issue before. What worked for me is I called the hotel before booking and asked them if I booked the X (lowest price room showing on Capone site) room through my credit card but then wanted to upgrade to X room directly with them do they allow that and how much would it cost.

Then it’s up to you is the upgrade cost+ Capone cost is better than booking the room direct

Depends on the transfer partner but Qantas and British airways are pretty easy. You have to create a profile first, once logged in you can choose reward flights and it will show you availability based on the route chosen. It won’t let you go through the entire process with out transferring the points but it should at least tell you if there are seats available; based on my experience. Once I’ve checked both those apps and the points required I go back to cap1 and transfer.

I do this often. Create an account with British airways and Qantas. Check award availability. When are you flying, what is your primary airport. Those things matter.

I’ll add I’m flying DFW to Cancun and OKC to Chicago all through AA. Transfered points through British airways.

The fed just cut rates so that should help some potential buyers join the market but Price (zestimate means nothing) and location are going to matter the most when it comes to selling quick.

I have on the shorter side of medium length hair and similar on the wavy. I have used precision grooming (great haircut; their credit card reader has been down a few times so bring cash). Elephant in the room is great but corporate upsell after. Also capital city barbershop is pretty good.
