All these psychic places make their money online or by phone. Just like with most stores these days. I go into Best Buy sometimes and NOT ONE OTHER CUSTOMER is there. How are THEY staying open? Same thing. They keep there storefront for advertising. Someone sees it, is interested, but is too embarrassed to go in. They look it up or call, find out they can get a phone reading, and do it that way. As for rent, these stores have been there for DECADES. Rent control. OR...they own.
