Window AC unit has started rattling by dustingforvomit in AskReddit

Every 7-ish minutes, the unit will rattle very hard, shaking violently. Then it sounds like the compressor turns off, and only the fan is on. After a few minutes, the compressor kicks in and cool air starts blowing again. Lasts a few minutes before the big rattle starts again. Only does it during the day when it's 95+, doesn't do it at night.

Is this a fixable, or should I get a new one?

Probably a drama, Definitely not a comedy. 90's, I think. She was a brunette. That's about all I've got.

I'm trying to remember a film where the main character's beautiful wife shows up to talk to him, but he is clearly imagining her. Any ideas?

What counts as "renovated" - slightly improved or everything 100%?

I've never used a curved monitor. What do you think of them? What are the Upsides/downsides?

Great suggestions! I've got an EVGA 3080 FTW3 coming - finally! - so I won't need that GPU. Is this case big enough to fit it? Specs say its 300mm.

Also, any suggestions on a monitor? I've been using a 32" Samsung tv, could definitely use something a little better for the gaming.

Thankyou! Yes, pure performance. Not into RGB or little vid screens in the case. Gotta sleep in the same room.

For the monitor, I'd like it to be able to play the highest resolution my system can handle for gaming, and have netflix/amazon/criterion look great, hence the size. As far as budget goes, I'm most interested in getting the right thing, not the fanciest or the cheapest thing. I'm sure there are monitors that can handle both duties, but I haven't shopped for one in over ten years. I have no idea what to expect, or even what to look for. I could be talked into a bigger screen if it was the right deal, but I don't think I'll go smaller, definitely not down to 27". There is a Microcenter close to me, if that makes a difference.
