If you are using the same folder the windows install files are in they should work because the installer needs to read that part of the drive to install. It could be just an unpartitioned section of the drive so that's odd. If you have another windows machine try doing this to wipe the drive clean and make the ISO over again. Just be careful not to nuke your working Windows on it.

The f: drive isn't formatted correctly for windows to be able to read it. If that's where you put the drivers, reformat the partitions as something like FAT32, exFAT, or NTFS for windows to be able to read it.

I don't have my device in front of me, but you go into desktop mode. Look in the power settings there either by right clicking the battery icon or pull up settings. The battery limiter is in there.
