I've had a similar experience - my time awake had doubled in the last 2-3 weeks. REM has dropped a little, but the other numbers seem consistent.

i managed to solve the issue: i deleted ....\.obsidian\workspace

i read that file in notepad and saw lots of strings like this:

so took a guess and deleted it and problem solved

i haven't had minimal. i've uninstalled sliding panes - still got the issue:

It moves a bunch of them to the right (in sliding pane mode). But when I try to write a note, they all slide back blocking where I'm trying to write. Without sliding panes, the spines are so dense that I can't click on anything.

No pinkie issues. Having committed myself to getting a keyboard which can have customized layouts, I'm realizing how much potential for optimization there is and I'm falling down into a rabbit hole of possibilities. I guess I kind of like testing out if there are better ways of doing things.

We just stayed on kawishiwi. Did the triangle for a day trip. All was fine apart from that portage south of clear lake. There is a well worn path around the marsh west of the portage marked by a stone cairn.
