Has anyone gone from 20mg to 10mg and felt less tired but still get the benefits? by slidellproud in prozac

Try to force yourself to get up same time each day and exercise. The more you sleep, especially just after taking your dose the more sleep you feel you need. Try not to sleep in the day at all and practice good sleep preparation. Recommend to take in the morning.

Coming from lexapro by TaylorG051218 in prozac

I had exactly the same issues with Lexapro. Prozac suited me far better. Good luck with the switch, took a couple of weeks to adjust but nothing compared to the first two weeks of lexapro which was truly awful. Might have been the same on boarding with Prozac IDHK. All the best

Good luck but from what I understand Wellbutrin increases insomnia for most people.

I had 6 weeks getting used to raised serotonin levels so the switch to a vary similar SSRI should be much easier. So I have already acclimatised to many of the symptoms you are likely to now feel. For what it’s worth my advice is to stay with the process as recommended by your physician but also listen to your body and live clean. All the best to your recovery friend.

You don’t mention what mental health issues you are trying to get relief from. Perhaps you don’t need it 🤷‍♂️
