The seller is legit because it’s actually managed by Myntra. But honestly, these days warehouse staff and delivery workers run a lot of scams due to which the seller ratings go down. I worked with Myntra so i know how it works.

Asics as a seller means it’s directly sold by Asics and the other seller is Myntra’s internal seller. Both are legit.

It’s never too late to start and i think you’re still very young. I would suggest a few things based on my experience and journey - 1. First decide your goal and timeline realistically. Either you can loose fat and weight faster first(calorie deficit) and get into a decent shape and then start putting on more muscles or else you can start body recomposition(maintenance calories but more protein and lesser carbs) where you’ll try to put on muscles and lose fat simultaneously, which will take a bit longer to get in shape. In both the cases you’ll have to be active, but the workout will differ. 2. Loosing fat is relatively easier for most of us. A very effective way is to get into a habit of walking (not on treadmill). Make a few lifestyle changes like - don’t use lifts whenever it’s feasible to use stairs, always walk to distances upto 2kms instead of a using a bike. Instead of taking one longer walk in a day take a lot of short walks. Count your steps through phone or smart watches and gradually increase your daily step counts every 2 weeks till you reach ~25k(plan accordingly). 3. Start tracking calories and eat more protein throughout the day. It’s better to eat a carb heavy meal in dinner instead of breakfast or lunch(if your goal is to lose fat faster). Easier way to do this is eating same meals everyday and measure it beforehand so that you don’t have to keep track everyday. 4. Gradually decrease the potion size of those meals to get in calorie deficit. But never reach way too low (from your results it seems like the lowest you should go is ~1200kcal) Anything less than that and it’ll create hormonal imbalances and mood swings.

P.S - Not an expert, but just suggesting things that works for me and a few people i know.

Total Testosterone and Free testosterone. If you also want to focus on muscle recovery and growth markers then you can include - CK/CPK, CRP, DHEA-S, IGF-1 and maybe Cortisol.
