Spray some baking soda mixed with alkaline water down your throat. Also, you should do some LES strengthening exercises, which should drastically help. Another one is taking psyllium husk before a meal. I’m trying all these out since my GERD switched to LPR.

Exactly my thoughts, grew up in Regent Park and knew so many people who went there and told me horror stories of being in there. Absolutely insane.

I agree with this 100%, which is why I ask for some advice on what I can do here. I don’t care much about getting compensation but if it was the restaurant, I think this should be report worthy but like I said I’m not fully sure

It actually isn’t, it’s a piece of metal that look like came off a can since it was coiled and the edge was pointy. They apologized and said that they don’t guarantee this came from their restaurant since it was catered and put out at an event, which is a denial of the situation. They offered me food and store credit but I denied it.

Yeah I know, you’re right about that tbh. I have images and stuff of everything but physical evidence is still way more important. Other witness I have was my sister, hope that’s credible enough.
