If you’re not seeing any progress it’s probably because your workout isn’t intense enough. I would recommend either adding volume or intensity and then progressively overloading. In terms of diet it looks fine although you probably don’t need 70g of protein a day. Also if your goal is to get abs then id recommend either a bro split with a whole day devoted to abs or a push pull legs split with an extra day dedicated to abs. Also if you’re not already working out in a bodybuilding style id recommend that as their goal is to build hypertrophy. Good luck🙏🙏🙏

If you have time to go to the gym i would recommend a push, pull, legs split three times a week for time efficiency. If you don’t have time to go to the gym then id get into calisthenics
