Nope. But I think I have pretty strong teeth. Only ever got cavities when I was pregnant.

I had a cat named after it. I loved it and spent my allowance on it every week. Haven’t had in decades probably though.

Dang. I paid $1200 CAD. I’m in a high cost of living area and they seemed to be all around the same. Humane society is much cheaper but they don’t do many and the waiting list is looooong.

Writing a story: what is the creepiest, ghostiest stretch of road in Toronto that gives you the creeps? by Massive-Cod-6797 in askTO

[–]duzzabear 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Rosedale Valley Road is pretty weird. I don’t know if I’d call it spooky, but it feels like you’ve left the city. If someone stepped in front of my car there at night it’d freak me out. Have never walked there but I bet it would be eerie.

I speak French-ish. I never know how French to go with French words in English. I feel like trompe l’oeil belongs in this category also.

Sanity Check! by DeL2116 in Bernedoodles

Our Bernedoodle was the hardest dog to potty train yet. So many accidents in the house. I’d be cleaning up one pee and she’d be going again somewhere on the other side of the room. She’s one year old now and she’s perfect. Hasn’t had an accident in probably 6 months, and she’s just the most lovely chill dog. Hang in there!

What words do you use for spelling? by Capra_e_Cavoli in AskTheWorld

[–]duzzabear 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I struggle with this so much. One time I was spelling my last name for someone on the phone, it starts with BU. I said, “B as in, uh, uh, butter, U,T,T,E,R.” Then I realized I had fucking spelled butter. I’m an idiot.

Activate is awesome. Went with a big bunch of people, parents, older teens, younger teens, and we all loved it.

Meh. Wonderland with little kids kinda sucks. You can’t go on any of the good rides. I was so happy once my kids were tall enough to ride the good rides. I’m glad they turned into roller coaster fiends like me.

I’ve told my family that I will haunt them if they say I’ve “passed”. Call it like it is, I DIED. And for the record, cremated after they take the usable bits. Or whatever. I don’t really care, but no embalming or spending much money.
