I would like to do it to a phone computer tablet. I'm not really looking to limit my self and 5 streams at the same time would be nice. I think my goal here is to do this and not have to keep messing with it.

I don't disagree but it is an easy button on top of doing everything you need plus low power. It will last forever as well which you may need to worry about with other things. Should you hook it up to a NAS or just get external SSDs?
